WINE MAKING
Harvest pressed in a pneumatic press to keep a pale colour and tons of fruit, short cold maceration (7-8°c), complete malolactic fermentation in vat. Aged on fine lees for 2 months in vats, fined and filtered. Addition of carbone dioxide before bottling.
CONSERVATION
Store in a cool place and protected from sunlight.
Serve chilled, around 7-9°c.
