RESERVE : discover our second wine, the “Reserve”. Pure bags of ripe fruits, aromatic and easy drinking Bordeaux red wine.

Vertical trellising, natural grassing, supervised protection, mixed G pruning
HARVEST
Mechanical, selection at the winery
WINE MAKING
Long maceration (20 days) in temperature controlled steel vats with regular pumping-over, complete malolactic fermentation in steel vats
AGEING
Final blend aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months with regular racking, fined with gelatine and lightly filtered prior to bottling
CONSERVATION
To be kept in a fresh place, away from sunlight
Served at room temperature: 17-18°C

EYE: dense ruby colour
NOSE: expressive aromas of red fruits (cherry and red berry)
