2021 starts off on a new path, with our HVE level 3 labeling. This High Environmental Value certificate will be shown on our bottles from the 2020 vintage, with the HVE logo (visible on the cover photo).
According to the French Ministry of Agriculture, “the High Environmental Value (HVE) guarantees that the agricultural practices used on an entire farm preserve the natural ecosystem and minimise pressure on the environment (soil, water, biodiversity…). This is a rewarding statement, provided for by the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code.
This is a voluntary process that is implemented by farmers to promote their good practices. “
So there you have it, the good practices behind this logo highlight our long-standing attachment to producing wine while caring of our land and our neighbours. 🙂
